Swing-top bottle. Pours foggy gold with a two finger tall white frothy head. Aroma: grains, spicy hop, sourish fruity notes, restrained DMS and butterscotch. Medium minus body. Oily Fine carbo. Taste: rather malty. Quite a lot of cereals. Not fully attenuated. Rustic fruit yeast notes. Light grassy bitterness at ending. Minimal flaws but rustic charm also. OK

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Vova. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of graininess, some vegetables, and some diacetyl. Sweetish flavor, grainy, with a bit of butter. Light-bodied.

Big offwhite creamy lasting head. Clear yellow body with strong small-bubbled carbonation. Earthy nutty strawy aroma with sugary freshly cut wood notes. Sweet mealy nutty perfumy straw taste with wooden notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Sweetish earthy spicy oily aftertaste with strawy nutty notes. Interesting. It’s just a slightly strong lager, but that Lithuanian malt character is just massive. (0.5l bottle, from Bambalyne, Vilnius.)
