Sometimes you just do unreasonable things. Here we threw an unreasonable amount of hops into a beer. We risked that you might not like it. If so, we apologize here. Will not happen again, if only because it is so expensive. From us for all hop heads, beer nerds, hop sniffers and untappers ... Let there be hops!

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Friday 21st May 2021 we are cooking Cannelloni for tea tonight. Listening to Squid - Bright Green Field. Pours dirty gold with a white head atop. Pleasant bittersweet balance, hoppy, a little streaky citrussy bite. Not bad at all, however not entirely sure it's a DIPA at 7.5% as description suggests.

33cl bottle. A hazy dark golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, orange fruits. Taste of orange fruits, tangerine, zest, citra, moderate bitterness.

It’s not bad, but it’s not good either. Like a 2010 ipa with a lot of up from bitterness that’s a bit harsh. It is only saved by the somewhat balanced malty sweetness. Landgang hamburg. (3.2 june 2020) Completely different in Sept 2020. More of a juicy neipa now, hardly bitter, cloudy, but still a bit too sludgy.

Süffiger, fruchtig hopfiger Beginn, deutlich getreidig. Weich, der Hopfen bleibt intensiv, geringe Herbe, etwas grasig. Süßlich, zum Mittelteil etwas Alkohol, herb würzig, langer Nachhall. 11/11/12/11/12/11
