Sommarsnö är bryggd på den svenska malten balder som hade sin storhetstid på 40talet. Med sin komplexa och fylliga smak blev den en favorit men föll senare i glömska, utkonkurrerad av effektivare sorter. Nu väcker vi liv i Balder igen och maxar med humle - Mosaik, Citra, El Dorado och Centennial. Resultatet är en IPA med fyllig smak med inslag av tropiska frukter och angenäm beska.

Bottle from Systembolaget Bromma Blocks. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy dark golden with a large white head. Aroma of grapefruit, some hay and notes of plastic. The same in the taste. The finish was quite bitter.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Rich aroma of Hay, grapefrui and lychee. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Firm bready malt covered in thick layers of dank, sweaty citrusy hops. Very bitter finish.
