A pale wheat beer. Honey and banana nose advises the sweet taste but not the sweet, dry spicy finish from this wheat beer.

Cask at the Milton Keynes Beer Festival 2013. Poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a medium, tight white head. Aroma is sharp citrus, yeasty esters and sherbet. Sweet citrus flavours with lemon boiled sweets and hay. Finishes with some wheat, candy sugar and pear drops. Odd beer... not bad, but tasted like the penny sweet counter...

Cask at Weatherspoons Birmingham. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of bready malt, hay, grass and soap. Taste is good, more bread notes, and very dry finish. Too much soapy goldings by the end though. Should’ve just got a half.

Cask-conditioned at the Hillgrove Porter Stores, Bristol 7/08/10. Deep gold in colour with a slight, white head. As mentioned below, very easy drinking for the ABV, with some sweet, citrus notes and decent, dry finish. Strangely easy drinking.
