’Wild’ ale from tap at Domus, seemingly inspired by the great Orval. Stable, sticky, off-white head, cloudy amber colour with brownish hue. Aroma of nuts, caramel, leather, jute, field flowers, dried figues, toasted bread. Taste of dried fruits, some pear, candied figues, orange peel, caramelly and lightly nutty maltiness, mineral accent, bit funky finish with the unmistakable presence of Brettanomyces and leafy hop bitterness. Interesting, they should bottle this and sell it in larger quantities - which goes for their other beers as well.

Hazy red brown. Some candy sweetness in aroma and taste. Quite a spicy, yeasty taste. Slight berry sharpness in the finish.
