Our first brew and one that was born out of our quest for uncompromising quality. A wonderfully golden session ale with fresh malt and hop aroma, leading to a satisfying bitter finish. Maris Otter dominates the malt bill, backed by heaps of Cascade and Centennial hops.

12th October 2011. Cask at Port Street Beer House. Interesting taste, bitter but sweet, could not but my finger on this one. OK
