Minnares Bruin is een bruin bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles en met een alcoholgehalte van 7,5 volumeprocent. Ondanks een volle moutige smaak is dit een vlot drinkend speciaal bier. De donkere mouten en de hoppen zorgen voor een rijke smaak. Lichtbitter en niet gezoet.

33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout, Belgium. F: big, tan, good retention. C: brown, light hazy. A: malty, caramel, leaves, bit herbal, apples, pears, bit banana, honey touch, bit cocoa. T: medium to full malty base, light roasted tones, pears, apples, herbal, decent bitterness, cocoa, bit spicy, medium carbonation, ok, driknkable.

Dark brown with thin head. Complex and subtle aroma with hints of leather, chocolate, raisins and coffee. Body is fairly light so the flavour doesn't quite have the same depth. Nice and very interesting though.

Zythos 2018. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee and licorice with grain and yeast. Sweet grainy malt flavour with a strong yeasty note
