Minnares Bruin is een bruin bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles en met een alcoholgehalte van 7,5 volumeprocent. Ondanks een volle moutige smaak is dit een vlot drinkend speciaal bier. De donkere mouten en de hoppen zorgen voor een rijke smaak. Lichtbitter en niet gezoet.

Very thick cream-tan head, leaving lacerings over beautiful mahogany beer. Mlats, coloured malts, light-brown bread, cassonade, very faint ureum, banana. Liquorice, dark malts, chestnut. Malty, but the sugars almost completely gone. At least medium bodied, some iron in the head that is quite high, but the beer is not very carbonated. Decent. Txs to Stef!

33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout, Belgium. F: big, tan, good retention. C: brown, light hazy. A: malty, caramel, leaves, bit herbal, apples, pears, bit banana, honey touch, bit cocoa. T: medium to full malty base, light roasted tones, pears, apples, herbal, decent bitterness, cocoa, bit spicy, medium carbonation, ok, driknkable.

Dark brown with thin head. Complex and subtle aroma with hints of leather, chocolate, raisins and coffee. Body is fairly light so the flavour doesn't quite have the same depth. Nice and very interesting though.
