All day pale. The Sauvignon Bkanc of beer. The New Zealand hops are grown in the same region as the famous kiwi Sauvignon Blanc. Powerfully dry-hopped for a floral finish. Crisp and dry with a fresh-cut grass aroma.

500ml bottle from Booths. Pours clear pale yellow, thin white head. Aromas are floral and light citrus, white grape and light malt. Taste packs a fair hop punch, but manages to balance out with light sweet notes. Very nice.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and minimally strawy aroma, a touch of floral hops, unspecific fruit note. Taste is dry, pale malty, minimally grainy, strawy, in the finish bitter hoppy, very cautiously fruity and minimally chalky.

Medium golden color. Frothy white head. Lovely hoppy nose with lemon zest and orange peel sticking out. The mouth is medium full with lots of hoppiness. Very refreshing after a very hard half day or cycling. Moderate bitter finish.

LIVE RATING: Cask at CBI, London on 11th May 2013. Slightly hazy gold with thin white lacing foam. Hoppy aroma with some earthy pungency. Deliciously hoppy in-mouth with rich grassiness and savoury notes. Floral and fruity flavours in the background. Building bitterness in finish, with cheesiness and grass balancing out nicely. Zingy, engaging mouthfeel. A lush pint to sup and savour.
