Third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, KegStar Bar. Unclear dark orange body, steady white head, fair lacing. Moderate smell of ripe lemon. Spices and lemony acidity to the taste profile. Mid-tart ending. Okay cleanser. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Cloudy orangey colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are complex with herbs, spices and a general fruity tartness. Rosemary and rose come through strongly. Light aniseed from the fennel.
