Brewed to be as pale as a Scottish tan, this is our flagship beer. A light biscuit malt base, bursting with citrus hop flavour and a subtle bitter finish.

21/7/2019. Can from 3at3, Ely. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, oranges, tropical fruits, mango and passion fruit. Medium sweetness, and moderate but developing bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitterness comes through nicely to contrast the sweetness. Decent brew.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden and slightly hazy. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt, citrus and has a nice long bitter finish.

440ml can from Brendan's Brewtique, Bristol. Hazy and deep gold in colour, with a frothy, white, head. Citrus hop and tangerine aroma with a touch of hay. Flavour had more citrus fruit character, and rich tea malts leading to a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
