A Lithuanian style farmhouse Witbier ale. Brewed with Pilsner and raw wheat. Bitter hopped with Hallertau Magnum and South African Star hops. Dried Orange slices and coriander seed in whirlpool. Fermented with a Lithuanian farmhouse yeast strain.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Banana, light clove, wet hay, citrus and faint pepper on the nose. Great yeast character, very complex. Light and refreshing on the palate with light coriander and peppercorn that linger on the finish. I like this.
