ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium to light purple - red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, blackberry, sour blackberry, berliner weizen yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, blackberry, tart, dry, light sour lacto, light milk sugar, light to moderate minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200704]

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Nice red. Some berries, vegetables, lacto, mildly sourish. OK.
