Our Presse-Mûre is a beer whose tangy taste is obtained by lactic fermentation. The blackberry (fruit puree), added at the end of fermentation, remains dominant, both on the nose and in the mouth. It is a refreshing, tart and slightly bitter beer.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium to light purple - red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, blackberry, sour blackberry, berliner weizen yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, blackberry, tart, dry, light sour lacto, light milk sugar, light to moderate minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200704]
