The product of three years into our Solera program. Mixed fermentation. Sauvignon Blanc puncheons brewed with Hallertau Blanc Hops and a hearty amount of Rye for complexity. Dry with solid white wine notes. Tartness grows as it ages. GABF 2018 Bronze Medal for Specialty Saison.

Canned, in Asheville. Hazy orange with medium white head. Yeasty, some fruity notes, stone fruit, grapes, brett. Somewhat tart.

Bottle at Shelton Festival. Pours a pale gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, earth, rye, oak, yeast. Medium body, oak, grape, yeast, light tartness, very good.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, funk, moderate yeasty, leather, saison yeast, grapes - light vinuors. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, wheat, funky, saison yeast, dry, grapes - green grapes - light vinuors. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle from Beer Republic. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, lemon and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 160620

Draught at The Cask, Richmond: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is funky, basement, lightly spicy. Taste is pretty sour, somewhat acidic. Delicate and gentle. I like it.
