La Ruche is a delicate Missouri Saison fermented using a blend of our local microflora and a traditional Saison yeast. Orange Blossom honey was added to this soft beer for refermentation in a Missouri Oak Foedre and was aged to maturity before being naturally conditioned in the bottle.

Bottle - Light sweaty funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured stone fruit with a dry finish. Sour and bright but well balanced.
