Draught at the Cellar, 1/18/25.
Very cloudy medium purple-to-blueberry. Quickly fleeting, pinkish head.
Blueberry skin in the nose with a bit of acidity, light black pepper and minimal oak.
Bright and fruity with a quick burst of acidity up front turning to juicy fruit, soft barrel tannin and fruit pulp on the minimally acidic finish.

Sampled from a shared bottle. Dry and grassy saison with blueberry, moderately tart. Good.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a near clear light purple with an off white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tart blueberry with oak and a bit of leafy green underlying. Flavor has a nice light blueberry that has some tartness and a light oaky and leafy finish.
Wooh that's a really jammy saison, thick thick blueberry flavor and plenty of blueberry skins made it into the bottle too but also it has a mildly tart finish considering the fruit content. Maybe the acidity will kick in later but it's delish now.

Bottle thanks to Mikkel! Pours deep dark purple with a small fizzy pinkish head. Aromas of sweet blueberries, lightly tannic, subtle herbal but not the typical lavender kind of blueberry aroma which I sometimes find a bit offputting. Very nice estery fruitiness too. Lightly citric. Taste has lots of sweet blueberries too, lightly lemony and lactic tartness, citrussy, peach skin kind of note, lightly estery with a tannic dry finish.

750 ml bottle, blend #2. Ruby-purple body, with a small, frothy, slightly pink head. Aroma of dark berries, wood, dried fruits, some almond, moderate red wine, slight vinegar. Tastes similar, with a bit more vinegar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes medium sour, medium dry, wooden, vinous, a bit citric, with dark berries, some dried fruits. Very nice. Lovely vinous and dark berry notes, especially in the nose. A bit too acidic in the taste maybe, while still interesting and complex. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

0,75l bottle at home shared by me. Blend #2. purple redish color, small pink head. smells berry notes, spices, wood, blackberries, currant notes, lightly lactic, grassy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes lactic, berry notes, wood, herbal, estragon, spices. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of berries, lactic notes and earthy notes. nice one, rather sour though, not very blueberry like. good stuff overall. 8, 4, 7, 3, 15
Smak > aromat. Bardzo owocowe, fajnie cierpkie, lekuchne, chlalne, kwasnosc srednia, w aromacie faktycznie jakby kapka rozpuszczalnika. Ale klasa piwerko
