From tap at Side Project Cellar. Blend #3. Almost clear golden color with white head. Malty, yeasty and hoppy aroma, citrus, grass, caramel notes, stone fruits, wood, funk. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle, by way of a trade with Beau. Maybe RB’s most laid back trader? Cheers friend. Hazed, pale, orange gold. Super dense, fully lacing, lasting, white head. Looks the beans. Nose has light, lemony brett. Clean grain. Sliced lime. Orange pith and zest. Touch of clove and banana yeast shizzle. Taste is tart, sweet, and dry all at once. Big brett twang. Mouthfeel is clean and drying, with a light acidity. Foamy and soft carbonation. Maybe feels a little thin. Finishes twangy and bretty. Nice one. Not unlike Dorothy, which is more than fine by me.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has Brett and grass with some rind and light grains underlying. Flavor has notes of funk and grass with sweet grains and a bit of light flora.

Blend #2. Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Thick glowering dark golden color. Can’t see through it. I was very happy to get a very bretty beer that also was hoppy and works in the aromas how I like. Citrus sweet hops over a thick herbal brett blanket of funk. Flavor is lighter with a sweet candy brett and a bitter herbal brett finish. Just a delight.

Draft at the Trappist. It pours a nice yellow gold color with a large fluffy white head. The aroma is awesome with balanced notes of baked bread, barnyard, stone fruit and herbal/citrusy hops. The flavor is lightly tart and snappy with a great bready, crackery pale malt backbone and notes of orange, peach and grapefruit. Creamy on the palate and has a medium to full body for the style with a strong citrusy/herbal bitter finish. Refined and well brewed.
