Bottle. It’s a hazy, dark golden beer with a small, off-white head. It has a pretty awesome aroma, with lots of citrus and green pine cones trying to hide the pale malts. The flavor is sort of disappointing, too low on maltiness and also too low on the hoppy flavors. The main problem though is the body. It’s very thin, even considering it’s weighing in at only 4 percent alcohol. Good thing is it’s very refreshing and easy drinkable. Not my kind of beer, but maybe it will go well with some lawn mowing. 130412

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo and Veitafan. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a small off-white foam. The aroma feels nice and fruity with a touch of peach and orange with some citrus. The flavour is surprisingly light compared with the aroma but I taste sweet fruit, light malt and some grassy hops in the end. Has a little flat and smooth mouthfeel, and a light bitterness. An easy-drinking, fruity beer that would be nice on hot days in the sun.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden, with a thick creamy head. Aroma is hoppy with lots of citrus, candied orange and orange peel, as well as a whiff of pine forest. Body is medium, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter with orange peel and grapefruit, as well as some roasted malt and toffee. Finishes of with a long orange peely bitterness.

Bottle bought at Ølhandleriet (Mathallen), February 2013. A bit hazy dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of grass and citrus. Also some malt. Soft but refreshing. This one would be a nice one for lunch.

400ml on tap at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri. Cloudy, apricot coloured body. Tiny layer at the surface. Good amount of lacing down the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, half-dry. Sappy fruit hoppy flavour with peaches, oranges and lemon in fine harmony. Bittersweet ending, semi-dry. Perfect session ale (Oslo, 22.02.2013).

50cl bottle from Meny, Oslo City. Pours deep golden with a white head. Lots of citrus in the aroma, some tropical fruits and malt too. Medium sweet and quite fruity with a pleasant bitterness in the finish. Light to medium body. Very refreshing and nice APA!

Medium white head. Hazy golden body with little particles and light carbonation. Lime zest and resin aroma with pineapple notes. Dry wooden lime taste with resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry-bitter dusty lime aftertaste with resiny notes. It’s nice, but a bit sharp and dry. (0.5l bottle, Meny Oslo City.)

0.5l bottle. This is a really good looking deep blurry peach-amber colored one with a small white light bubbly and definitely lacing off-white top. Loaded with citrus and fresh hops on the nose! Grapefruit, pomelo, some thin caramel and traces of pine and citrus zest. Quite a fresh and nice aroma. The carbonation level is below average and the mouthfeel is pretty much what you can expect from a 4% ABV beer. Dry hoppy flavor, and you quickly understand why it has "citrus' in it's name. Reminds me a bit of Haandbryggerietd Pale ale, just in a toned down version. Light dry and almost grassy in the finish. Wish it had a bit more body to be honest. Really lightdrinkable and I suspect it could be an OK lunch or summer ale. Now in the cold and dark wintertime I prefer something a bit heavier than this. 15.02.2013
