Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is fruity (yellow fruits), funk, overripe citrus. Taste is full , tart, very refined. Higher acidity (far more than the 2020 I had besides) More complex fruityness as well. Less specific on the citrus though. Bit high on acidity.

Pours clear blonde. Scent is sharp, grainy, saison style. Taste is sharp, honey-like funk, citrus, tart. But very, very mellow. Medium carbo. Sharper MF. Great summerdrink.

750mL bottle. Pours murky blonde with white head. Aroma has tons of rustic saison yeast, dry barrels, some tannic wine character. Flavour has rustic saison yeast, bugs, some acetic acid, lots of buttery oak barrel and white wine character. This is excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with lots of wild bugs, buttery chardonnay, and oak. Flavour is light-to-moderately acidic, with some buttery chardonnay, oak, and rustic saison yeast. Tons of buttery chardonnay, rustic notes, and oak, with just a touch too much acetic character on the finish. Excellent.

Pale and a bit of haze. The head died down fairly quickly. On the palate, it's tart, bretty, with a decent amount of acidity. The chardonnay lends some fruitiness, especially in the finish. Lemony, decent, but it might be a bit on the simple side.

750ml (thx, Brent D.!) @ Matt's house. Vintage 2019. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, some oak, slight notes of manure, quite sophisticated. Taste: along the same lines, bready, malty, funky, some noticeable tartness here that's observed mostly in STL saisons. Overall: good, but was overpriced as everything close to be good from SP.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Oak, soft saison yeast, light tartness, underlying chardonnay quality. Decent.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, light peaches, stone fruits. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes stone fruits, hay, grassy, peaches. Finishes lightly dry and light to lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, earthy and grassy notes. Very nice one, very mellow, not your typical side project sour

Pours hazy blonde, almost white head. Scent is buttery, acidic, fine, american style, yet very refined, SA. Taste is full, funky, very oaky. Buttery, fairly intense and complex, all whilst being particularly refined. Great work !
