Cerrator is a low fermentation, aromatic and malt beer. It has an intense brown color, with creamy and lasting white foam. Its power is appreciated both on the nose and in the mouth thanks to its malty and lightly toasted character. The bitterness is moderate and is very balanced despite its high abv. Cerrator is the work of Carlos Toquero Infante, from Valladolid, doppelbock winner of the VI Homebrewer Contest of La Tienda de la Cerveza and El Jardín del Hops.
