Draught, taster @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.354 Global - #468 Germany - #1 Kemker Kultuur (My German Brewery #186)] Pours golden light hazed. Aroma: red apples must, sulphur and tart funk. Taste: barnyard funk, red apples and yoghurt. Next one please!

Tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome-Italy. Cloudy golden, frothy white cap. Nose: spicy, citric, bergamot. Mouth: hoppy crispy and spicy with a sourish peppery end.

En kjapp rundtur til noen av mine favorittsteder første kvelden i København etter fire år, og nå er jeg på Fermentoren: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Citrusfrisk med høy/stall, overmoden aprikos og papaya. Saftig avslutning. Smaker bedre enn den lukter, ettersom jeg ikke liker lukten av grønn te.

Tap at Fermentoren. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky fresh, peach, hoppy, some spelt too. Taste is the same, nice spelt spice, but restrained, with good fruity funk flavours. Oily mouthfeel, mineraly bite. Good one!
