(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of elderflower, citrus and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with elderflower, green grapes, citrus, white bread and herbs. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, fruity and floral. Very nice.

Clear pale yellow beer, no head. Aroma: wow, lots and lots of elderflower all right! Pretty funky, earthy, a bit spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of elderflower, nice acidity, fruity, some citrus, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: dry, fruity, funky, nice finish.

BB 15.03.2022. yellow murky color, rather big white head. smells herbal, spices, peppery, elder flowers, citric, light funk, very bright and delicate smell. lovely. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes very elder flower forward, herbal, earthy, peppery, some funk, bit citric, light stone fruits. fiinshes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of elder flowers, citrus and some peppery notes. this is great, very juicy and refreshing. overall rather on the bubbly side, very nice one.

28.01.2024: 0,75l bottle at home. BB 15.03.2032. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, cheesy, earthy, grassy. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes flowery, peppery, earthy, grassy, herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, earthy and flowery notes. Lovely balance, very good to drink

33cl bottle. Nice fruity sour beginning. The elderflower is there - fruity bloomy. Nice dry sourness in the back, harmonising very well with the bloomy flowers. Very light and fragile, very fresh - like fresh picked blossoms. Fascinating brew!
