A dry and bitter (double) ipa, fermented with Voss Kveik Yeast. Hops are Amarillo, Simcoe and Equinox, and the yeast lends a nice extra layer of citrus. Cheers!

Thin if stable yellow head over fully hazy orange beer. Ureum-rich hops, other grains, wild yeast. Dry, other grains, kernels, alternative breads & pasta, wholemeal bread. Finish has some serious bitterness. Quite slick but not very well-bodied. Mild carbonation. Nice, less kveik than in similar tries, too much yeast-oriented.
