29/I/21 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: 1/VIII/21, bottled: 2020/046 (2021-96)
Pretty clear orange beer, lots of debris under a big creamy yellowish head, bit irregular, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity touch, sourish impression, peaches, yeasty. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, floral, some citrus fruits, hoppy, grapefruit, good bitterness, little funky. Aftertaste: bit watery, nice acidity, good bitterness, little funky. Aftertaste: bit watery, nice acidity, good bitterness, bit fruity, oxidized, some honey, hoppy, not bitter at all. Not really an IPA.
