hazy yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of wet wheat, wine cellary-earthy, vinous-acetic notes, some dried apricot and slight cardboard; taste of bread crust, acetic and citrusy notes, some white wine, moderate banana and slight caramel; drinkable

Appearance: Very pale yellow at first, later very murky. Tiny amount of white head.
Aroma: Light wheat, yeast. Slight banana.
Taste: Light wheat, light fruits and banana. Borderline watery.

bottle from Hyperboissons Dijon. Hazy pale yellow, large white heaqd. Malty with wheqaty-yeasty flavours, slightly fruity. Good.
