Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque, nutty brown with a small, beige head. Biscuit and toffee in the nose. Mouthfeel is quite fizzy, and the body not that full. Luckily it's not overly sweet. Subdued bitterness. Not an awful lot going on here, pretty harmless - but the fizz is annoying. 150224

opalescent dark amber to mahogany colour, minimal beige-ish head; aroma and taste of toast, caramel, biscuits, fruity and slight buttery notes; not that convincing

Appearance: Red/orange brown, huge amount of off-white head. Bottle overflowed when opening.
Aroma: Minor malt and tart fruit notes. Slightly metallic.
Taste: Light malt, slight caramel? Some fruits and yeast. Bitterness in aftertaste.
Bought: Gift from Julien C - thanks!, 330 ml

bottle from Hyperboissons Dijon. Amber colour, off-white head. Hints of caramel with a shy fruity touch. Very pleasant.
