Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours an almost clear pale yellow with a white, lacing head. Spicy nose, some green apples and yeast. Medium body, fruity, yeasty and a little tart with a dry finish. Very decent - almost a Saison. 150413

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, wheat, pale herbs - grass, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120623]

Bottle. A dense, off-white head of finger-thick size sits on top of an almost clear, golden body. The aroma is fruity and sugary, with some hints of biscuits. A little spiced touch too. The flavor is sugary, but it’s not overly sweet in any way. Some spiced hoppyness and a decent bitterness too. Medium body, quite dryish. Overall, sure a drinkable one, but it fails to impress or interest me. 120623

Süßlich hefiger, deutlich prickelnder Antrunk. Eine muffige Herbe überspannt anschließend das Bier komplett, die anderen Aromen werden schwächer und wirken vor allem weniger frisch. Zum Ende setzt sie die Hefe dann aber doch durch und vertreibt den muffigen Schleier, selbst die Herbe erscheint nun angenehm und passend. Ein weniger würziger ist das Bier hier durch die helle und aromatische Malznote ebenfalls. 7/7/8/9/4/8

Bright foggy yellow, huge and quite solid head. Aroma of tin and alcohol, some grassy notes, but it’s like they were trying to get that earthy bière de garde aroma and failed. Taste is tin and lemon with a dry bready finish. Kind of awkward tasting and a bit watery.

Medium to dark golden color, cloudy, orange tint. Small head, lots of bubbles. Pretty strong malt aroma. A bit of fruit, slightly sweet. Slight citrus flavor, lots of malt. Rather sweet, but ok balance. I guess it is an ale, though not completely sure. Very fruity. Ok hops but could be better. Slightly sour, slightly sweet finish. Could use more hops and less sweetness.
