Bière de spécialité, apéritive et gustative de fermentation haute, non filtrée, non pasteurisée double fermentation (bière du lie). Pur malt d’orge blond, houblon d’Alsace très aromatique (arômes fleuris de houblons) Très belle amertume.

bottle, thank you to jaghana! Cloudy straw yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Full-bopdied, bitter-sweet character. Malty base, quite robust, grainy with hints of biscits. Lots of aromatic and bitter hops, adding some fruit, especially citrus fruit. Quite yeasty, smooth carbonation. Very nice.
