Big thank you to Alex & Thorsten for this 0,33 l bottle. Darkest brown with reddish egdes and a nearly two finger intensive foamy pale beige head. Looks really good. Strong coffee aroma with a citrus fruity background. Taste starts with a lot of coffee, some choco and malt in the second row and a lot of citrus. Like synthetic citrus dishing soap. Low carbonation. Sticky to the end. Interesting stuff but, tbh, not my cup of tea (or coffee ...).

Smooth mild beginning. Dry, grainy. Malty with a soft grainy back. Fruity coffee dry, moderate bitter, not too much coffee. Nice dry. Thanks Jan.

Sampled as "Exklusiv Caffeebier Monschau" Towering beige-brownish head, utterly stable over clear metallic chestnut-coloured beer. Onslaught of roasted coffeebeans, dry, faintly ashy. Hint at chiliaroma. Coffeeroast thankfully less omnipotent in the flavour. Slight sourish lining, again a bit of ashes. Better balanced than the nose. Light body, but the indestructible head lends a permanent creaminess. Good carbonation. The nose made me fear for my tastebuds, but the flavour and mouthfeel turned out not all that bad. I can live with this. Thanks to Stef!

Dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is coffee, coffeefilter, malt, roasted aroma's. Taste is the same, bitter with a bitterdry aftertaste. Maybe a bit overkill on the coffee but i like it.
