Everzwijn Tripel van De Heidebrouwerij is een stoere, krachtige, lichtblonde Tripel. Het bier is gebrouwen met lokale gerst. Een aansprekend, fijn aroma en een zachte bitterheid door het gebruik van een mix van zachte aroma- en bitterhoppen.

Bottle at home. Aroma is floral, sugary, light malt, rather spicy, fruits, touch of peach. Flavour is sweet with only a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. A bit bland, way too sugary Tripel.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blonde colored brew with an slightly but firm sweet bitter taste, some hints of citrus fruits and some soft fruits.

Bottled (from De Biertonne). Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is toffee, some ripe fruits, alcohol and mild spices. Flavour is spices, some toffee, a bit burning alcohol, ripe fruits and nectar. Sweet and fruity quite long aftertaste. This one has quite much old school Tripel to it. Very nice!

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of rotten fruits, belgian yeast and spices. Taste of sparkling sweet pale malt, sweet fruits, ripe banana, belgian yeast.

33cl bottle from AH Verzetstraat supermarket in Koog aan de Zaan in Netherland. Head is big, egg-white, good retention. Colour is amber, hazy with yeasty veils. Aroma is malty, honey, banana, apples, bit caramel, orange, bready. Taste is full malty base, bready, honey, caramel, peach, spicy, decent bitterness, soft to medium carbonation, ok for the style, enjoyed.

330ml bottle at Cloos, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee, floral hops. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, light toffee, dry, spicy coffee, light orange citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Clear golden colour, white foam. Citrussy, notes of peach, medium sweet, a bit herbal. Somewhat unbalanced.
