Thuis uit een flesje, gekocht bij de AH. Helder gouden kleur, wit schuim. Een verrassend goede smaak, kruidig, fris en vol. Doet aan Leffe Blond (blijft een favoriet) denken. Ik snap de lage beoordelingen niet goed.

Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white head, dissipating to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, some lemon, cloves notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, touch of acidity, wheat, yeast, banana, spicy notes. Sweet and a bit bitter aftertaste, yeasty and spicy notes, with a light lemony touch at the end. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, not bad at all on the contrary, refreshing, easy to drink, nice.

0.3 l bottle from 'AH XL' (Nijmegen), best before March 2019. Crystal clear, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, clove and some vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, fairly yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove and vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit harsh finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. A bit too heavy on the yeast but overall well-drinkable.

30cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, thanks! A clear dark golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of moderate sweet pale malt, riped fruits, banana, some honey. Taste of strong sweet pale malt, honey, riped fruits, banana, hints of metallic hops.
