Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a solid, off-white head. Faint peach in the nose paired with a hint of lactic acid. Medium body, a short nitial fruity sweetness before a distinct tartness takes over. Baking yeast tang as so often in sours. Not much bitterness. I really don't get the concept of a 'Sour IPA'. All characteristics of an IPA disappear when you sour it. 181024

Appearance: Dark golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Peaches, fruit, sour, malt.
Body: Medium body and cabronation.
Flavour: Peaches, fruit, sour, tart, malt.
