Style: Kuitbier. Dark orange colour with an enthusiastic white head. Aroma of malts, grains and oats. Flavour is similarly malty. Pleasant and long bitter aftertaste. Could use a bit heavier body. Nice Kuitbier.

Tap @ Jopenkerk, Lammetjesdag Haarlem. Hazy golden colour, off-white head. Nose is creamy, malty, light hopped, and a little spicy. Flavour is light malted, creamy mouthfeeling, spicy and a bit hoppy. Fairly bitter and fairly dry finish. Pleasant.

Tap @ Lammetjesdag, Jopenkerk. Cloudy golden color, medium creamy white head. Aroma is quite grainy, some cookie, wheat, oat, soft grassy hop. Quite bitter in taste, smooth and creamy. Elegantly balanced. If this is a typical example of a Kuitbier, I would love to try the ones that other breweries are making!
