Draught, 5.3%. Hazy amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is grainy and quite dry. Medium bitterness. Slightly high carbonation. A very average beer, but it probably has a broad appeal.

On tap @ Fox & Hound Aabenraa as John Bull Bitter. Clear amber body with a small, dense white head. Light aroma, mostly from caramel malt with a tiny hint of roasted malt/toast. Flavor is soft, sweet, moderate roasted malt, caramel and moderate grassy bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Rather straight forward Brittish bitter and actually quite dull and one-dimensional.
