Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. Hazy pale amber, rich firm head, Aroma of canteloupe and grapefruit. Sweet and caramelly, heavily boozy with abrupt vodka flavour. The hops are lost in a sea of caramel. Malt liquor deluxe?

Bottle from Barley Wine, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy orange colour with a generous off white head. Piney resin sodden hop agogo in the nose with the addition of tropical fruit and sweet malts. The flavour followed suit and was bloody tasty with it. Glorious fruity notes allowed this to holler ’drink me now !’ loudly from the glass. ABV supremely well masked. An all round top notch DIPA guvnor.

330 ml bottle. Dim orange body with a thin off-white head. Strong fruity aroma with grapefruit, pine and some caramel. Flavor has a well balanced malt base with high bitterness and lots of citric fruits. Medium body. Nice and quite straightforward double IPA with well-hidden alcohol. Nice.

Bottle. A hazy, amber beer with a small, beige head. Punch in the face American hoppyness in the aroma, Pine cones, resins and citrus peel. The malts are present, but at appropriate levels. Lovely bitterness in the mouth, with the hoppy and malty flavors expected. Not too malty and sweet. Full body, pleasant carbonation and with a little warmth. Lasting bitter finish with citrus and pine cones. A nice one indeed, but not world class. Would like to drink more of it. 110301

Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel, sweet fruity and very hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is rather sweet and very bitter. Very dry and bitter finish. A bit rough on the edges, but very good overall. I had this on tap at Fairbar at the sneak preview. 141010

0,33 l. bottle from Ølbutikken, Cph. Clear, orange color. Hints of toast (?), Aroma is grasses and citrus, not suprising for a hoppy beer. The high abv. is not present in aroma and taste. Nice! This hoppy beer has a medium bitterness, and a long lasting aftertaste/finish. Some lacing, soft carbonation. Dispite the high abv. and the very present hoppyness, this one is a very drinkable beer. I really enjoyed this one: Looking forward to more from To Øl.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar. Pours a hazy amber bronze/orange with a thin creamy foam. Nose is hoppy-as-hell, some pines and roasted malts. In mouth: Fully bodied with lively carbonation. Extremely bitter with a warming alcohol ending. Some fade liquorish sensations in the background along with some lemon zest. Have to admit that this is one of the best IIPA I've ever tasted.

Draft. A slightly hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of cats piss, lemon, and grapefruit - very fresh. The flavor is sweet malty, but then the hops hits with notes of grass and peaches, leading to a very bitter and quite alcoholic finish. The alcohol warms the mouth.

Cloudy amber with a medium off white head. Hoppy flavor with grapefruit, pine and malty notes. Loads of hops in the typical sweet flavor for this style. Picked up grapefruits, pine and loads of sweet malt. Fiinished cloying sweet and very bitter.
