4/24/18, Love me a dry hop sandwich. Bit of a bitter back but maybe not fresh enough (my fault). Otherwise lots of dry hop notes, tropical and honey stacked.

(473ml can from Himmeriget) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a decent sized white head and no lace. Aroma of rather sweet malt backing sweet citrus, canned fruit, pine, resin, grass. Flavour is similarly malty-sweet with canned peaches/oranges/grapefruit, some resin, slightly bready-grainy quality (Munich?) that drifts just a little towards oxidized/cardboard. Bitterness is quite low for style, and there's a little hint of booze heat towards the tail and in the aftertaste. Medium-bodied and rather lightly carbonated. Not really up to the standards of Interboro's best for me, feeling overly malty and not particularly vibrant in its hop profile. Decent.

Can split at Kennys CPH fart dungeon, thanks to Made Mitche, 10/05/18. Hazed orange pour with a well presented off white covering. Nose is pine resin, mango pulp, papaya, raw pineapple. Taste comprises sweet malts, mango, grapefruit, oranger pith, pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with sticky hop bitterness. Decent DIPA.

Hotel tasting. Imperial Hotel. Cloudy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, dry and mildly sweet. Big hop spice, mild burn. Dry spicy orange and mild yellow grapefruit. Mild tangerine. Dry spicy finish. Bit dry and slightly twangy but plenty fucken hoppy.
