50 cl bottle at home. Dark ruby colour with small head. Complex nutty molasses aroma.Nutty raisins booze spices wood small toffee. Nice body. Great

Buying this solid doppelbock at Heinrich 3000 that I didn't drink since 2006. The same taste and a great doppelbock, in my point of view. This one is rich, malty, smooth, a bit toasted, toffee and bitter at the same time, the best one of this brewery, 21.01.2024, at Epalinges

Bottle. Dark, dark brown with very little beige head. Aroma is malt, goes down smooth.

Bottle from Hopt. Brown malt aroma with caramel, soft roast, touch of dried fruits. Flavour is medium sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium. A fine Doppelbock, well-balanced.

Аромат вроде бы не очень плохой, но патоки не хватает, много солода, карамели немного жженой и хмелевая нота. Цвет в порядке, томный и глубокий, пенки средняя. А вот вкус просто полнейшее разочерование. Во первых, алкоголь чувствуется так как будто в него бахнули стопку водки. ПОслевкусие очень не сбалансированное, некая смесь между горечью от хмеля, карамельной жженки и патоки с большим количеством дрожжей. В общем даже не знаю, может с бутылкой что не так.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear dark brown mahogany with small beige head. Deep malty aroma with nuts, toffee, raisins, alcohol. Taste is sweet, very malty with big caramel and toffee hints, slight raisin and berry fruitiness, mild grassy bitterness in the finish, alcohol warmth but not abrasive. Medium+ bodied, smooth, low but nice tingle of carbonation which works well. This is only my 4th doppelbock but found it to be a tasty malt fest. Does not have the same depth as Ayinger Celebrator but then I guess not many will.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Dark brown colored brew with an more dry than sweet bitter taste. Hints of caramel and roasted malts. This is an very nice -Ator bier and its from AB-Inbev.

Color marrón oscuro con destellos rojizos. Capa de espuma media de color hueso. Carbonatación media, de burbuja fina.
Aromas a malta tostada, caramelo, fruta madura, ligero ahumado.
En boca de trago fácil, con ese característico sello alemán. Tira más a lo dulce con notas a fruta deshidratada, caramelo. Final seco.
Cerveza sobria y fácil de beber.

(Tap) Pours clear dark brown with large tan head. Aroma of toffee and dried fruits. Medium body with good carbonation. Rich toffee with fruit notes. Very good.
