Bottle from Bradwell Village Shop. Appearance - hazy golden amber with a generous fluffy head. Nose - toffee and apples. Taste - grassiness, apples and grapes. Grain at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet drying texture in the middle section and a long dry, and slightly astringent finish. Overall - complex but challenging.
