Bière 33 cl. Pas de notes d’agrumes au nez. En bouche, c'est mieux sans être transcendant, l'amertume est présente mais il me manque ce petit côté exotique et frais que j'aime tant dans les IPA. (M)

Bottle from Alsi. A nice pleasant aroma of vanilla, yeast, floral hops and some citrus. Pours a golden yellow with a small transient white head. In the mouth, the hops are what dominate. There is some lemon and grapefruit, but that is subservient to the hoppy bitterness. Finish is dry and bitter. This is really nice – much better than I remember the cask version being.

A golden beer, a head is small and white. Aroma biscuit malts and fruitness of citrus. Taste has biscuit, citrus, some wood, caramel, surprisimgly strong bitterness. Medium bodied. Positive. Good beer.

Bottle. Bright amber color, thick white head. Flavor of juicy malts and intense hops on the bitter side, bitter orange, spices. Intense taste, strong bitterness, heavily hopped, herbal. Average carbonation long dry finish. A noble and crisp English IPA

500ml bottle. Pours golden with medium head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus and light malt. Taste is fruity, hoppy, sweet malt and citrus then a dry bitter aftertaste. Very flavoursome and goes down easily. Excellent.

Some malt apparent on the nose, but not much aroma to report - poured a deep golden with a foamy white head, has a biscuit malt backbone with bitter hops predominating the flavour profile, and some hints of citrus, has a grainy mouthfeel and medium carbonation
