Blond colour with light haze and quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have background sweet red fruits. Up front there's just a little vanilla, lots of tartness and funk. Apple orchard. Finish has a little wood, some spicy yeast. Really refreshing.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, off-white head. Aroma: Tart fruity notes of stone fruit, red wine and Saison yeast. Taste: Saison yeast, farmyard funk,. Fruity notes of stone fruit, orange, lime hints, grapes, tangerine, orange peel and sweet ripe apple. Red wine, tannins, some wood. Grassy, floral and spicy hints. Light to moderate tart, sweet and bitter. Smooth (wheat) and bit dense mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Somewhat more bitterness and orange peel at finish. Nice, very complex, a lot of flavours to explore in each sip.

Bottle. Almost clear golden body with lively carbonation (gusher) and a big, foamy white head. Complex aroma, quite strong wood impression, mild citric fruit, hint of ripe apples (or apple cider), slightly funky with cellar notes. Taste goes exactly the same way, strong wood, mild citric, cider, slightly floral, mild funk, cellar notes with balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and rather soft finish with distinct wood. A really nice farmhouse ale.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%, IBU 25. Golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, wine, oak, apple cider vinegar and mild spices. The flavour has the same elements, also notes of citrus and grapes, only a slight acidity, moderate but noticeable hops.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a golden colored body with a light haze and a small white head. The aroma has a very pleasant vinous, woody touch, with a dusty cellar hint. It's mostly on the fruity side though, generic fruitiness that is. Funky notes, leather and barnyard, even a lemon scent, blend in. It's dry on the palate, nicely carbonated and medium to full bodied, with a light bitter touch. Tannins. Orange notes, lemon, grass hints and a vague hint of pale malts. It's funky too, with a pleasant vinous touch. Lasting dry, fruity and vinous finish. A delicious and tasteful one, complex too. Hope to see this one again. 190831
