Pours slightly hazed yellowblonde. medium sized, fairly creamy white head. Scent is harsh, crisp, dry, hoppy (green matter) , malts (dry cracker) . Taste is full, dry, malty (crackers) . Some green matter-hoparoma ( danky ) lactic acid & lemon acidity . Decent. Easy drinker, surely. Not the biggest fan of the hoparoma and it's expression in this beer.

White head, fast gone over hazy pale yellow beer with verdigris sheen. Fruity nose; lime, peach, nectarine, rainwater. Very inviting. Sour - with a faint bitterish finish. More fruit-like, you die. Finish is a bit watery/empty, hardly avoidable seen the ABV. Titillating MF, light body, slightly hop-oily. Another light, delicious, superb Ermitage!

Can. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow, lots of frothy initial head. Aroma is slightly funky, lots of citrus fruit. Interesting fermented tropical fruit. Light to medium body. Flavour is lightly malty, surprisingly really sweet, lightly acidic. Nice funk with something a bit odd that I cannot place. Sweet tropical fruit, pineapple, guava, mango. Very nice, just a slight soapy finish unfortunately.

Cannette 33cl, BB 10/10/2021.

Bouteille 33cl, no BB.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Lovely dank juicy hops, dank weedy hops, wheat, soft mineral, lemon. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied.
