Sample from a 75cl bottle at the source. Pours pale golden without much head to speak of. Fresh and fruity with ripe apples and some yeasty notes. Finishes rather dry. Refreshing stuff!

Bottle at a tasting. True French style cider. Soft tannins present. Very nice mix of med-light sweetness, light tartness, even less sourness and bitterness. Really nicely selected apples mix, expert work done here. Very tasty, very easy drinking.
