Our quest for the perfect pilsner continues, this time with a classic German craft pilsner. Previous attempts have been brewed with less traditional hops but this time we are using 100% Lubelski. As always we use 100% German malts and yeast in our Pilsner. The Holy PLSNR will be released as a Christmas beer, why you ask.. Well during Christmas we eat and eat and eat and the best beer style for Christmas food is in our opinion a malty pilsner. Merry Christmas everyone!
