Made specifically for the Madrid audience: it’s intended to be drank cold, and is ideal with tapas.
It’s made from six different kinds of malt and three varieties of hops, resulting in a blonde colour beer with pure white foam and a moderately bitter taste.
Brewed in a traditional way, fermenting at low temperatures during 15 days and lagering for 45 more at 0 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very balanced and subtle taste.

Second rate for this beer, not bad at all, better than the first time, in my point of view. This one is a lager, brewed rather on the American way, malty, dry, hoppy, bitterness on the way of an American ale, fruity, drinking it at San Juan de Mairena, 19.02.24, buying it at the Alcampo, Sevilla.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is sweet cereal malts with notes of straw and lightly noble hop. Flavour is too sweetish for my taste, light bitterness. Medium body. Nah.

Cerveza decente, agradable, fresca, con ligerísimo toque cítrico y herbal a lúpulo. Sin ser la hostia se , me antoja una mejor opción que la inmensa mayoría de lagers macro industriales que se ofrecen en España
