Our flagship beer, a low fermentation Helles style beer. It’s our most complex beer to brew.

Made specifically for the Madrid audience: it’s intended to be drank cold, and is ideal with tapas.

It’s made from six different kinds of malt and three varieties of hops, resulting in a blonde colour beer with pure white foam and a moderately bitter taste.

Brewed in a traditional way, fermenting at low temperatures during 15 days and lagering for 45 more at 0 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very balanced and subtle taste.

--Bottled, thanks Bearbeer! -- Clear pale golden, rich head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Floral hops, bready malt. Low bitterness. Pleasant.

Doft av dålig honung. Matchas av ännu sämre säd. Tråkig öl med ordentliga toner av massiv pretto-ale.

Bière blonde, nez sur les céréales, bouche typique de lager, fraîche, sur le malt, pas très complexe mais rafraîchissante, petit arrière goût désagréable, ça passe l'été en terrasse en Espagne... (M)

A thicker, more dark gold, heavy lager. well made but certainly some outside non-german-helles-like flavors. A bit peppery and/or belgiany. Online saveur bier

330ml bottle kindly provided by djoeye. Shared with Finn. Solid pearl white head over a misty golden body. Lacing rings on the glass. Modest smell of grain and a citric note. Mixed flavour profile of ripe citrus and grain. Discreet bitter ending, semi-dry. Easy going. (Tromsø 28.04.2020).

Spandert av djoeye. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda. Gyldengul. Høyt kritthvitt skum som daler sakte. Klar. Litt lacing. Maltaroma. Smaken vanilje & gress. Vel søt.
