Our flagship beer, a low fermentation Helles style beer. It’s our most complex beer to brew.
Made specifically for the Madrid audience: it’s intended to be drank cold, and is ideal with tapas.
It’s made from six different kinds of malt and three varieties of hops, resulting in a blonde colour beer with pure white foam and a moderately bitter taste.
Brewed in a traditional way, fermenting at low temperatures during 15 days and lagering for 45 more at 0 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very balanced and subtle taste.

cloudy yellow, small white head. flowery fruity aroma, similar to a belgian blonde. mild bitter euro hoppy note too. flavor is dough, malts, bitter fruits, bitter herbs, tea.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, slight straw. MIld citrusy, grassy. Light straw. Bitter and mild sweet malty. Grassy and straw finish.

Pajiza algo turbia, apenas espuma, una película. Aroma frutal y resinoso. Malteada al principio, ligera, carbónica. Toque frutal después, y final seco y de nuevo resinoso. Decente.

Bad as bad can be. This lager is odourless, tasteless, watery and immediately finishing. I’m sorry, ’cause I’m from Madrid and would love to like it. But no way.

Probada en botella. El color es dorado, ligeramente turbio, y combinado con una espuma que desaparece en poco tiempo. En e paladar se nota un toque caramelizado.
