Our flagship beer, a low fermentation Helles style beer. It’s our most complex beer to brew.

Made specifically for the Madrid audience: it’s intended to be drank cold, and is ideal with tapas.

It’s made from six different kinds of malt and three varieties of hops, resulting in a blonde colour beer with pure white foam and a moderately bitter taste.

Brewed in a traditional way, fermenting at low temperatures during 15 days and lagering for 45 more at 0 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very balanced and subtle taste.

Tap. Light fruity yeast nose. Pale golden clouds, nice white lace. Medium to light body, chewy dry mouthfeel. a bit straw malt, ok grassy balance, pleasant bitter finish. Refreshing, but not much going on otherwise.

03/12 0.33 l bottle @El Estribo, Madrid. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Toast, bread malts and herbal hops aroma. Flavor was slightly sweet, bread and lightly fruit malty with a bit of herbal hops. Medium bodied with moderate, herbal and paper dry, fruity malt finish. A cute little lager, but unimpressive and quite boring to be honest.

33cl bottle from Cervezorama, Madrid. Pours almost clear golden with a white head. Pleasantly malty aroma with hints of fruits and caramel. More flavourfull than expected. Well balanced with a nice, slightly citrussy bitterness in the finish. Pretty light body, easy to drink and easy to enjoy.
