Hand pulled pint at the Pheasant, Wellington on 30th May 2026. Clean and clear golden body, lasting white crown on top. Hop Bitter from start to finish, fairly dry feel.

Cask at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Clear pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is subtle with citrus. And slight bread. Dry finish. Light body.

Cask at Coalheavers Arms, Peterborough. Sampled Feb 2016. Pours clear gold with a white cap. Aroma: pale malts, straw, some lemon. Taste: light sweet & bitter, biscuit malts, lemon, melon, grassy. Light to medium body with fine carbonation. Rather decent.

Half-pint, cask at Devonshire Arms. Shared with Finn. A bubbly white head to a misty yellow-gold body, dotted spots on the glass. Mild peaches and grassy hops on the nose. Semi-sweet taste profile of canned fruit. Rounded fruity ending, discreet bitterness to it. Satisfying. (Cambridge 10.11.2021).

8/11/2019. Cask at the Kings Arms, Wantage. Pours pale gold with a small just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, malt, hop, fruit and light caramel. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask at the Pembury tavern. A light hazed dirty golden coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is earthy pale grains, hedgerow hop, berry, elderflower. Palate is pale grains, mellow, ok cask condition. Flavour is composed of pale grains, hedgerow hop, light berries, straw, little. Lemony zip. Not bad.

Cask @ RAF 2018, Gallows Bird. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has sweet fruity aroma, hops, some citrus. Flavor has citrusy hops, floral notes, grapefruit. Nice bitterness, dry finish.
