On tap at the Falcon, Clapham Junction. Pours brown with creamy white head. Malty, some dark fruits, caramel, light sweetness. Soft carbonation, some light bitterness in finish. Bit watery. Medium bodied.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Ilkley Ruby Jane ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, caramel, berry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. From cask. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted mlty, light fruity. Dark roasted and breadish roasted malty. Bitter and dry into a breadish dark malty finish.

Cask at Tapped Leeds. Pours clear ruby brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of blackcurrant. Taste is more blackcurrant, light malt. Sweet finish. Nice mild.

Cask at the Monks’ Retreat (JDW), Reading. Golden amber with a ring of white head; gentle malt aroma; an unusually strong hoppy taste (for a mild), but not at all bitter, with an underlying milky body with some chocolate; and a smooth, dry finish. A tasty, different, mild.

Cask@ black door. Dark brown, thick off white head. Toffee, caramel, toasty aroma. Flavor has roastedness, hops, toffee. Wow, awesome stuff. Very good.
