Bottle shared at the Tropical Croydonia tasting. 01/07/2015. Thanks to Daniel. Pale yellow clear coloured pour with a fading whiet head. Aroma is fairly clean , light corn cereal. Flavour is composed of light grains, corn, clean, light metal in the finish. Palarte is watery highish carbonation, refreshing. Simple clean lager.

Can split at Scopesters on melt day, thanks to Dan Yell for breaking up the xnobe biers with this fucken garbage, 01/07/15. Pale golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pissy, grain, light citric tinges, pale maltings. Taste comprises pale malt, floral rinse, bread, grain, straw, faint lemon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean execution. Not bad to be fair, beats some fake xnobe biers no problemo.

Tropical Croydonia Bottleshare. Can from Dan, what a man! Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and mildly crisp. Thin pale malts, dry and not sweet. Paper. Vague off note, hard to place. Mildly bitter floralness. Dry finish. Had better. Had worse.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours perfectly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has very mellow cereal and hay. Light sweet flavor with crispy cereal, grain, lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish with cereal, slight grass, pale bread. So so.

Can from Lidl, Carrick-on-Shannon [100515] 3.8%
Golden, clear, big frothy white head
Aroma of soft sweetcorn, grainy, soft sweet lager malt, little on the nose
Taste of soft lager malts, some sour notes, grains, rough
Palate - Medium carb, light body. Finish has a nasty sour metallic linger
Overall - Cheap crap - a few sips then flung down the drain

Can from Lidl, Todmorden. Paler golden colour with a small head. Not the worst lager aroma and has some taste, but generally a bottom of the barrel brew.

1st beer of a Lager evening with my son on 15th Sep 2014. Bought at a local LIDL in Shropshire. 500ml can, 3.9% ABV: BBD Sep 2015. The beer looked fine, golden, clear and bright with a full and deep snow white crown. Went downhill from there really. Grainy and metallic with a semi-sweetness that did not sit right. Not a good start to our tasting session.
