Draught at MBCC 2018, yellow session.
Golden, slightly hazy body, with a medium, creamy, white head.
Aroma of barrel, citrus, sweet pale grapes, vinegar, apples, pears.
Tastes similar, with some alcohol.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sweet, with pale grapes, citrus, some vinegar.
Very nice. The grapes are beautifully showcased, leading to a smooth, sweet character. A bit simple though and also a bit too alcoholic in the taste. Still really lovely.
